If you've never attended one of our fitness or weight loss retreats, or any retreat in general, you probably have a lot of questions. You are not alone. Finding the right retreat that matches your goals is extremely important. That's why we're sharing some of the commonly asked questions the Fit Farm at Rock Springs sales team gets asked by potential future guests.

Every month we're reaching out to our sales team to see what common questions they're currently being asked, and you'll be surprised, they're never the same!       Hi Jayme! The facilities are available 24/7. We have scheduled classes from 7am – 5:30pm. Then the fitness facilities can be accessed 24/7.

  1. I would love to send my husband to a retreat like this. We are retired military. He was on active duty in the Middle East and gained a lot of weight after he returned. Now he is unable to lose it and keep it off.
    Is there a way to make payments for a more extended stay? He needs a minimum of 4 weeks, if not longer.

      Hi Petra! The great news is we can work with you to make payments for your husband’s stay! We have the option to set up weekly or monthly arrangements depending on your needs. Emily, a member of our team, will be reaching out to you to discuss how we can make things work.

      Hi Bri! For TN residents who can commute we do provide a different program that includes a monthly pass with full group access, monthly testing, 1 lunch, and 1 snack per day.   2. Hello, have you had any clients with autoimmune thyroid disease Hashimotos and do they get different workouts because of the way antibodies react to exercise stress on heart…and also would they get gluten free, grain free, dairy free and soy free meals?

      Hi Meredith, thank you for your inquiry! We have had guests at Fit Farm with Hashimotos. They discussed with our certified trainers their diagnosis and worked together to identify what they can and cannot do. As far as diet is concerned, we are able to accommodate gluten-free and dairy-free diets. However, grain and soy are not within the dietary restrictions that we are able to fully accommodate.

    I am 35 and skinny fat, ha. Dad bod kinda thing.
    I wish I could spend all day like I did when i was a kid, playing sports and being active.

    Are there enough “roughly in shape” guests there to actually play sports with and stuff. I tried one camp once and left after a day because everyone was much larger and I felt like the program wasnt designed for people trying to lose that last 10-15 pounds.

    Also, do yall have a results images / success stories section?

      Hi Philip, this is a really great question! Though the guest mix up changes from week to week, we normally have a great blend of all levels of fitness, ages, and weight loss goals. As a matter of fact, when deciding to open Fit Farm, the owner wanted to make sure we were an all-inclusive facility where everyone feels welcome and challenged. A common trend of many guests is the fact that they were athletic when they were younger and want to feel that way again. So we love to incorporate sports into our workouts. Our trainers even jump in to help even the playing field. And yes, we do love to share our success stories! Within our blog section, you can find a number of inspiring transformations from our former guests!

  4. I want to join but can only get away for the extended weekend. Can I be in the group of really overweight people during my weekend stay?
    I have 70lbs to lose and lack confidence to be grouped with athletic people. I need to be around people at my level.

You will be immersed with guests of all ages, sizes, and fitness levels.
