You turn right from a paved country road into a gated driveway lined with trees creating the perfect amount of shade and beauty. Welcome to Rock Springs Retreat Center. The image you created in your mind might be a familiar one as we used to be known as Fit Farm. Thanks to some extra time during Covid, our innovative owners decided to take advantage of our beautiful property and breathtaking views to create the perfect playscape for families to create lifelong memories. While we still offer fitness and weight loss retreats, we have expanded our business model to host weddings, private retreats, reunions, parties, or just about any event you can think of with our new Middle Tennessee event venue!

With 200 acres of pastoral paradise in the rolling hills of Middle Tennessee, why not make it an event space? We are conveniently located just 40 miles north of Nashville, giving you the opportunity to experience Music City while enjoying the true adventure that our Tennessee farmland provides all in one trip. Whether you’re tying the knot or celebrating a life milestone, highlight your momentous occasion with a backdrop that truly compliments just how special your day is.
Celebrate with Rustic Elegance
The Springs, our primary outdoor venue, has an almost 360-degree view of the property including the main fitness lodge that just adds to the ambiance of the serene space. Treat your guests to dinner on the patio lit by string lights that are the perfect hue to keep the party going all night. And don’t worry; just because it’s outside doesn’t mean we’re going to make you use an outhouse. Our outdoor event venue offers on-site, beautifully decorated bathrooms with sinks, mirrors, and yes, flushable toilets! You won’t feel like you’re camping, we promise. If you’re looking for an indoor venue for your celebration, come September 2023, we will be offering an additional event site on the property at Rock Springs, The Stables. This chic, rustic barn venue will provide an indoor space to host up to 100 of your guests with a massive outdoor patio, guest suite, bar area, and of course, we can’t forget the yard games!

At Rock Springs Retreat Center, our goal is to give adults and kids the space to play, let loose, and have fun while celebrating. That’s why we offer interactive yard games aimed to entertain and create unforgettable moments.
Go beyond a typical party and celebrate differently with pedal boats, mechanical bull riding, an inflatable obstacle course, or a guest favorite, axe throwing!
No need to worry about teaching your guests how to play. Our experienced staff members have you and your guests covered! Our goal at Rock Springs is to provide a sense of ease when it comes to planning for your perfect event. That’s why we didn’t set out to be just an event venue in Middle Tennessee; we’ve become a space that goes above and beyond by also offering on-site bar services and flexible catering options for just about everyone! If you’ve already found your caterer, great! If you haven’t quite found the perfect one yet, we are happy to help! Our preferred vendors list includes caterers that we’ve worked with and loved.

We all know that when it comes to event planning, finding accommodations for you and your guests can be time-consuming, especially if you’re not familiar with the area. But look no further! At Rock Springs, you can enjoy the convenience of our on-site accommodations that are within walking distance of our event venue! Continue the fun beyond the event space with our two tastefully furnished homes. These sleep between 11-17 guests (depending on room arrangements) and are equipped with full kitchens, multiple bathrooms, large seating areas, and depending on which house you choose, either a fire pit out back or a poker table! Experience Middle TN with our event venue’s on-site accommodations, share an intimate moment with your guests beyond the venue, and relax knowing that you're one step closer to having a good time!
