2024 Holiday Parties
We have four exclusive areas for your celebration! This offer is for an hourly rental only and is not a private rental for all of Rock Springs Retreat Center. Rates start at $250 per hour with a 4-hour minimum. Areas range from an intimate setting for 40 to 300 seats filled with entertainment and festivities, you choose the space and we help you throw your party. Spaces filling quickly!

The Holidays are here and it's time to figure out the plan; when, where how many, food, drink and the holiday music and games! Are you in charge this year? We can help you make this an amazing party come to life and be remembered for years to come!
The Lodge $350 per hour: 8,000sf, beautiful log building set to roam and carry your festive drinks while nibbling on some amazing appetizers. Seating for 40, standing and mingling for 100
Paradise $500 per hour: 8,500 sf, Leon Russels old recording studio, event space seats 150, house 40 and mingling for 200. This location is all inspiring with so much history and good juju for a festive event. (Private location)
Rodeo $450 per hour: 3,400sf, large event space with seating for up to 300 people. in door outdoor areas available for mingling and fresh air! Enjoy the sunsets and don't leave anyone off your invite list.
Arena $250 per hour: 2,400 sf, large event space with seating up to 200 people. Additional room for mingling and a bit of quiet. Fun atmosphere with a stage for your entertainment and announcements for your party events, get the "white Elephant" ready to go.
Bars and catering available
Rentals available: Tables, chairs, linens, table decor, tents, and heaters.
We are 10 minutes from Gallatin and if there is a situation we can make lodging available, we wish everyone a blessed and safe holiday season with amazing moments to be shared throughout!
