Chicken Lettuce Wrap

Don’t let the name fool you. This tasty dish is encompassed with not only fresh ingredients but bold flavors! A blend of Asian cuisine packed with veggies and protein, these wraps are a celebration of fresh flavors and texture that will have you leaving the table feeling satisfied and refreshed. This chicken lettuce wrap recipe will make you forget that you’re eating healthy! We love this recipe so much we want to share it with you to make at home!

Based on a 1750 calorie diet


  • 5 oz Ground Chicken
  • 1/2 cup Tomatoes (chopped)
  • 1/2 cup Bean Sprouts
  • 3 Romaine Lettuce Leaves
  • Scallions (chopped)
  • 1/2 cup Carrots (shredded)
  • Green Chili Peppers (minced)
  • 3/4 cup Rice
  • Corn Starch
  • Seasoning (as needed)
    • Sesame Oil & Fish Sauce
    • Garlic & Ginger (minced)
    • Cumin (ground)
    • Fresh Cilantro (roughly chopped)
    • Paprika
    • Salt & Black Pepper


  1. Cook rice according to package instructions. Reserve.
  2. In a large nonstick skillet over medium heat, sauté chicken in sesame oil. Season with salt, pepper, cumin, and paprika. Cook for 4-5 minutes, stirring frequently. Add scallions, garlic, ginger, green chilis, and tomatoes – sauté for 2-3 minutes.
  3. Add fish sauce.
  4. Fill the lettuce leaves with appropriate amounts of rice and chicken mixture, top with carrots, bean sprouts, and cilantro.
