Hummus Trio Recipe

Spice up any party with this delicious Hummus Trio Recipe! Choose between these sweet and savory options that are sure to impress your guests!

BBQ Sweet Potato Hummus

Yields 3 cups

Ingredients

  • 2 Sweet Potatoes (roasted & peeled)
  • 15 oz White Beans (drained & rinsed)
  • 3 tbsp bbq sauce of your choice
  • 1 tbsp Olive Oil
  • 1 tbsp Tahini
  • 1 Garlic Clove
  • 1 tbsp Lemon Juice
  • 1/2 tsp Ground Cumin
  • 1/2 tsp Chili Powder
  • 1/2 tsp Salt (to taste)

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 425F degrees.
  2. Using a fork, poke sweet potatoes on all sides and wrap individually with foil. Roast on a sheet pan until tender (up to 1 hour).
  3. Once cool, peel skin.
  4. Using a food processor, add sweet potatoes and remaining ingredients and blend until smooth. Season to taste.

 

Pizza Hummus

Yields 3 cups

Ingredients

  • 15 oz White Beans (drained & rinsed)
  • 15 oz Chickpeas (drained & rinsed)
  • 3/4 cup Fire Roasted Tomatoes (drained)
  • 1/4 cup Grated Parmesan
  • 2 tbsp Fresh Basil
  • 2 tbsp Olive Oil
  • 2 tbsp Tahini
  • 1 Garlic Clove
  • 1 tbsp Lemon Juice
  • 1 1/2 tsp Dried Oregano
  • 1/2 tsp Salt
  • Pinch of Red Pepper Flakes

Toppings

  • Red Pepper Flakes
  • Parmesan
  • Fresh Basil

Directions

  1. Using a food processor, combine ingredients and blend until smooth.
  2. Top with red pepper flakes, parmesan, and basil.

 

Buffalo Cauliflower Hummus

Yields 4 cups

Ingredients

  • Buffalo Cauliflower
    • 1 head of Cauliflower
    • 1 tbsp Avocado Oil
    • 1/4 cup Buffalo Sauce
    • 1 tsp Garlic Powder
    • 1/2 tsp Paprika
  • Hummus
    • 15 oz Chickpeas (drained & rinsed)
    • 3 tbsp Tahini
    • 3/4 tsp Onion Powder
    • 1 Lemon (juiced)
    • 1 Garlic Clove
    • 1/4 tsp Cumin
    • 1/4 tsp Salt
    • Pepper (to taste)
    • Parsley

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 450F degrees.
  2. Using a lined sheet pan, toss cauliflower in oil, buffalo sauce, and seasonings until well-coated.
  3. Roast for 20 minutes and allow to cool.
  4. Using a food processor, add buffalo cauliflower with remaining hummus ingredients. Blend until smooth.
  5. Top with parsley.
