Our 200-acre retreat center is the home of our many product offerings, all designed to provide engaging activities that leave a lasting impression. We host a year-round fitness and weight loss retreat where our guests have a residential fitness experience designed to help them achieve their wellness goals. In addition, we offer onsite event spaces for single or multi-day use for functions such as corporate, private, or organizational parties and retreats, weddings, showers, and community events.

What a life changing place! What a confidence builder!Every single person at this ranch is knowledgeable, helpful, supportive, encouraging, happy, pleasant, and they ALWAYS make you feel like you can do anything. It's hard, but it's fun.These humans will change your life for the better. You will go home feeling like you can conquer the world. AND, the friends you make are definitely life-long friends. My Son Tyler and I went together and had a fabulous week of hard work and weight loss. The entire team is fantastic, the venue is just beautiful and definitely supports 'getting away' to focus on your own health and wellness. We both plan to go back this fall and I highly recommend Fit Farm at Rock Springs to anyone looking to jump-start their health and wellness goals, no matter what they may be! 🙂

This was my second year to visit Fit Farm. From the moment I walked in the door I was made to feel at home. The staff are warm and welcoming as well as incredibly professional. Each day I was excited to be challenged by motivated instructors that work hard to accommodate each guests levels and needs. Not only did I have an incredible experience, I hit my fitness goals and left with a whole new group of friends for life. I will be back soon!

My husband and I recently spent 3 weeks at Rock Springs to reset our lives. I recently retired and we needed to get our exercise and eating back on track. This place did that and more. The trainers are so inspiring and push you to do more than you think you can. The food was great. You would think I would be starving with 1250 calories but I never felt hungry. If you are looking for a change in your lifestyle and need that push in a supportive setting this is the place. We were able to focus on us and not having any outside distractions. I highly recommend this place.

This is my second time back for a week long stay and it was just as incredible as the first time. This was exactly what I needed after recently finding out about new health concerns. The staff and trainers are above and beyond. Making new friends and building new bonds all while creating a support system in a safe environment is one of my favorite unexpected perks that happens every time I stay. Thank you Fit Farm. Fit Farm IS a life changing experience not only physically but also socially and personally. Peaceful beautiful setting is only the beginning. The staff excels is problem-solving, customer service, educational and fun experience for all the guess. The workouts are out of this world and totally customized to each individual level and condition. The accommodations are done with great attention to details and comfort. As a guess, all your needs are taking care; food cater specifically to your needs and goals, opportunities to pamper yourself and great social environment.I am already checking my calendar for my next RESETING visit!!!

Just finished week one. Good news - pillows, bed, towels, food, are more than solid. Bad news - it takes consistent work. Great news - the amenities, the staff, the staff, and once more the staff. They will help with the consistency. Kris, Aubrey, Anna, Linda, Hunter and Mike get and want to help. I will check back in another two weeks (aka I am here for 3 weeks).

I'm not sure what I can even type to get across how absolutely amazing this retreat is. From minute number one I felt like family. The trainers were incredible, genuine, knowledgeable and truly made me feel that they were 100% invested in my success. The food was prepared as if we were in a 5 star vacation resort, without lacking in taste or presentation. The general store on premises had everything I needed for my 2 week stay and my room was wonderful, clean and comfortable. From the owner to every member of the staff, and l other clients on site - I made good friends and felt supported, happy and safe during my time spent. I'm already recruiting people to go back with me! I can't wait. Miss you guys!!! 😘

This place is the perfect way to step into a world for a period of time that focuses on your overall health and well being! The staff is energetic and knowledgeable. You can modify workouts to whatever level you are at and walk the property for exercise. The food is DELICIOUS and so filling! I would highly recommend this to anyone!

One of the best experiences of my life and completely life changing. The grounds are beautiful and the program is well designed and great. The staff makes the experience so enjoyable they have become like family. Linda the do it all manager helped with any needs that came up during my stay. Aubrey, Ana, and Hunter the trainers were well versed training and work so well off each other with their different styles.

Beautiful property, excellent fitness plan. Wonderful staff. Did it for a week and gained strength and flexibility and lost weight. Worked hard but loved it! Hope to return next year.
