When it comes to fitness, everyone has to start from somewhere. Doesn’t matter if you’re a seasoned veteran in the gym or participate in marathons on the regular, we were all beginners at one point. Just like learning to ride a bicycle, there’s a process to become familiar with fitness. There is no one-size-fits-all for fitness and exercise. What works for you may not work for someone else. It all depends on your goals and what you want to achieve on your personal journey. Before you sign yourself up for any fitness or weight loss programs, consider determining how fit you are. This will help you navigate and understand your current level and help you set expectations for yourself.

Fitness Level 1

Those who fall under Fitness Level 1 are either beginners or have little to no experience when it comes to fitness, and that's ok! You may be somewhat familiar with how to navigate the gym and some equipment, but you yearn for knowledge to figure out what works best for you and your goals.
Some characteristics that you may find true are..
  1. You may be a little intimidated when it comes to fitness, but you want to make a change for a happier, healthier you!
  2. You want to become more educated on food and you need help learning how to exercise and stay motivated!
  3. You want to learn effective workouts so you can level up and you need some positive encouragement in your life!
You may not have attended a fitness retreat and the thought of attending one is understandably intimidating. When you’ve set goals for yourself, the last thing you want is to be judged or compared to others. Rest assured, at Fit Farm you will be challenged based on YOU and no one else. When you’re on the farm, you’re here for yourself and your well-being, and we make it our priority to promote that. Before you set foot in any of our gyms at Fit Farm, our trainers will sit down with you one-on-one to determine your fitness level so you can feel comfortable and confident during your stay. They will walk you through how to safely navigate the equipment and perform exercise movements. And trust us when we say that you are not alone.

There are many that are nervous at first when attending one of our retreats, but our trainers are with you every step of the way to make sure you succeed. Our many educational classes will teach you how to make healthy meal selections, and how to prepare your food, and you’ll receive two weeks’ worth of Fit Farm-approved recipes to help you continue your journey at home! With your stay, you’ll also receive a fitness journal where you can record all of the bountiful knowledge you learned to set yourself up for success in working towards your goals and Fitness Level 2.

Fitness Level 2

Mental Health in your 20s and 30s
Those in Fitness Level 2 are currently progressing through their journey. You understand what you need to do to achieve your goals but find it difficult to be consistent or stay motivated.
You probably can relate to some or all of the following..
  1. You're into exercise, but only as you can fit it in, and you sometimes watch your diet, but it's sporadic.
  2. You want to form more solid fitness habits and want more knowledge about fitness and nutrition.
  3. You're ready to be pushed hard to see what you can achieve!
There are far too many distractions out in the world and it’s easy to get lost in them all. Between the noise of nutrition and exercise fads, it can become costly and time-consuming to find a routine that reigns true to your goals. You long for structured eating habits and an exercise routine that both fit into your schedule and your lifestyle. Fitness Level 3

Those in Fitness Level 3 are/were athletes and have the strong discipline and knowledge to fuel their fitness journey.
Any or all of the following you may find true..
  1. You want to level up and truly change yourself.
  2. You are training for an event or want to revive your inner athlete.
  3. You want intense motivation for high-intensity performance, and you want to look amazing naked!
You yearn to maximize your gains and to find programs that are actually challenging. Because what's worse than investing in a program that doesn't stimulate your inner athlete or revive your passion? Fit Farm’s fitness retreats are ready and able to challenge your limits.

You may be thinking to yourself, “How can a fitness retreat possibly push me to my limits when I’ll be the only fit person there?” A common misconception is that fitness camps are designed for dangerously obese people that need serious intervention to get them back on the right track. However, people of various weights and fitness levels attend fitness camps every year, including people like you! People are realizing fitness camps are the perfect setting to jumpstart or continue achieving their fitness goals.
