RETREATS POLICY

Payment Policy
  • $500 deposit per booked week ($71.43 per day) required at time of booking to secure room and rate.
  • Full payment is required 30 days prior to arrival.
Rebooking Policy
  • If notice of rebooking is received by Rock Springs Retreat Center/FitFarm, PK Adventures, LLC more than 30 days prior to date of arrival, no rebooking fee.
  • If notice of rebooking is received by Rock Springs Retreat Center/FitFarm, PK Adventures, LLC within 30 days prior to date of arrival, blackout dates will apply with a rebooking fee of 10%.
  • • Client can choose to apply any paid funds to a future stay at the Rock Springs Retreat Center/FitFarm rates at time of future stay (less rebooking fee).
  • All funds required to be used within a 12-month period of original purchase. Blackout dates will apply.
  • Associated promotions/discounts/incentives may not transfer to future stay based on promotional details.
  • If Rock Springs Retreat Center/FitFarm, PK Adventures, LLC is required/chooses to close campus due to COVID-19 related government shut-down and your arrival date is within the closedown period, all unused weeks/funds are subject to rebooking without rebooking fee. Associated promotions/discounts/incentives will be honored for up to 3 months after re-opening unless otherwise stated in promotion details.
Cancellation Policy
  • If notice of cancellation is received by Rock Springs Retreat Center/FitFarm, PK Adventures, LLC more than 30 days prior to date of arrival, the refund is in the amount of payment minus a 15% cancellation fee.
  • If notice of cancellation is received by Rock Springs Retreat Center/FitFarm, PK Adventures, LLC within 30 days prior to date of arrival, no refund is allowed.
  • If Client checks-in and are unable to complete the duration of the stay for any reason, the unused weeks/funds will be banked for a future stay at Rock Springs Retreat Center/FitFarm at the guaranteed rate of Fit Farm rates at time of future stay. No refund allowed.
  • If Rock Springs Retreat Center/FitFarm, PK Adventures, LLC is required/chooses to close campus due to COVID-19 related government shut-down and your arrival date is within the closedown period, all unused weeks/funds are subject to full refund.
  • Client can choose to apply any paid funds to a future stay at the Rock Springs Retreat Center/FitFarm rates at time of future stay. See Rebooking Policy for details.

PET POLICY

Fit Farm understands pets are an extension of your family and we want to provide a way for you to have them close by during your stay at Fit Farm.
Fees will include the following:
  • $25 fee per night for each pet
  • $250 Refundable Pet Deposit
  • $50 Cleaning Fee (this is a one-time fee) I agree to and understand the terms of the Fit Farm/Pet
Policy as follows:
  • A refundable pet fee of $200 is charged to my account upon arrival.
  • A valid credit card number must remain on file at the front desk.
  • Housekeeping and Maintenance Service: I agree to make my room available to housekeeping and/or maintenance needs and will arrange to have my pet out of the room or in a create to accommodate this service with prior notice from Fit Farm.
  • Pet must weigh less than 60 pounds and is limited to a dog or cat only
  • Verification that vaccinations are complete and up-to-date is required
  • Pet left unattended in the guest room must be secured in the guest room with door secured or in a proper pet crate or carrier.
  • Pet must comply with local legislation and insurance liability requirements.
  • Pet must be on a controlled leash at all times when outside of the guest house or living quarters.
  • Pets must not enter the Fit Farm lodge.
  • Pet must only be walked on the designated pet area(s) of the Fit Farm grounds.
  • Guest is responsible for cleaning up after the pet indoors or outdoors and disposing of the waste in a tied bag and placed in an outside dumpster. Litter boxes must be cleaned daily.
  • Damages caused by my pet to my room, its furnishings, or any other part of the facility are my sole responsibility. I understand that my account will be charged commensurate to the cost of such damages. Guest suite is subject to damage inspection at any time and upon checkout.
  • Noise/Disruptive complaints: If management receives more than 2 (two) complaints, alternative arrangements must be made for pet.
